Back when I had no chest >.< Soo how the fuck did I go from a flat chested bitchhh to a platebody chested alpha kunt?? Couple things.. Consistency: I'd hit chest on monday w/ triceps, Thursday w/ shoulders then again on Saturday typically just chest alone or I'd implement priority training with chest and another muscle group I was lacking on. Priority training is awesome to build you a fully balanced & proportionate physique, which in turn equals the perfect aesthetic physique. Mind-Muscle connection: I finally stopped worrying about how much weight I could press and actually focused on how I pressed the weight!! I can't emphasize enough how important it is to squeeze the intended muscle group during the entire set. No need to lock out in the top of the rep, cause we want dat der constant tension for maximum gainz 😉
