Asian Inspired Salad

Ingredients:
1 tangelo, segmented
1/4 cup shelled edamame
1 chicken breast, sliced (I used my honey-Dijon marinade)
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
2 handfuls spinach
2 handfuls spring mix
3 tablespoons Asian Sesame dressing (Panera's)
Toss greens in salad dressing. Add segmented tangelos and squeeze remaining core over the salad. Top with remaining ingredients and warm sliced chicken. A fabulous addition would've also been cranberries and almonds.
