The protein I use mainly is @Myprotein ISO Pro 97; which is an extremely rich source of whey isolate with over 97% protein per serving. However if I want convenience I grab one of these Impact Whey Protein RTS (Ready to Shake) bottles which is 82% protein and has added BCAA's.
